NATO military bloc has nothing to do in Europe, said the deputy mayor of Vienna Johann Gudenus in a statement dedicated to the anniversary of the bombing of Yugoslavia, on March 24, 1999.
Austrian politician noted that in the course of 78 days NATO aircrafts launched more than 700 attacks, mainly against civilian targets, resulting the deaths of more than two thousand civilians. All Serbian news agencies quote his words today.
Gudenus added that it’s time for Europe to have its own military concept for defense instead of NATO.
