A film by Sergey Holovchenko and Victoria Neucheva “War in Donbass. Circles of Hell” is the first Russian documentary telling about tortures, beatings and abuses suffered by Donbass residents whom Ukrainian law enforcers landed as prisoners.
Abductions, tortures and extrajudicial killings committed by security forces in the area of ATO are widespread and systematic with the participation of the state, and therefore can be qualified not only as war crimes but also as crimes against humanity.
