Two citizens were killed on Friday when a terrorist suicide bomber from the Islamic state (ISIS) blew himself up in the village of Touk al-Milh to the west of Hasaka.
A police source told SANA that an ISIS terrorist who was wearing an explosive belt infiltrated into one neighborhood in Touk al-Milh village blew himself up, killing two citizens and wounding many others.
The terrorist act also caused material damages to the properties.
