“In fact, Ukraine is the worst place for disabled, for those who have no limbs or health, who are blind and deaf, they are completely disenfranchised”, said Alexey Zhuravko.
“Because of the war the number of disabled is growing in an incredible rate”, he noted.
Also he adds that because of combat operations thousands of people left with varying degrees of disability, which with other disabled leads to a figure of 4.8 to 4.9 million of incapacitated person in this country.
“And they all are praying – please help, give us some bread”.
