Attempting the destruction of the Armenian population in 1915-1923, the Turkish leaders had intended to eliminate the Armenian people and to seize all their property. The Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu, intends to hold talks with Azerbaijani authorities in Baku.
