Dozens of people gathered on Sunday in front of the Turkish consulate in Sydney to express support to the Russian government following the Turkish downing of the Russian Sukhoi-24 jet on November 24. Representatives of Russian, Syrian, Lebanese, Indian, Serbian, Greek, Armenian and Palestinian communities were among those present at the protest.
