The Russian Armed Forces hit Ukrainian energy facilities and a mercenary deployment point

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian Armed Forces have hit Ukrainian energy facilities, infrastructure of military airfields, production workshops for attack UAVs and a temporary deployment point for foreign mercenaries, the Russian Defence Ministry has said.

 

“Operative-tactical aviation, strike drones, missile troops and artillery of the groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck Ukrainian energy facilities that supported the actions of the AFU, as well as the infrastructure of military airfields, production workshops and storage facilities for strike drones, a temporary deployment point for foreign mercenaries, and concentrations of enemy manpower and military equipment in 127 areas,” the Russian Defence Ministry said in a statement.

In addition, the grouping “North” defeated the formations of four brigades of the AFU in the Kharkiv direction.

“The units of the “North” group of troops on the Kharkiv direction defeated the formations of the 57th motorised infantry brigade, the 92nd airborne assault brigade of the AFU, the 112th and 113th brigades of the thero-defence in the areas of the settlements of Malye Prokhody, Verkhnyaya Pisarevka, Volchansk and Artnoye in the Kharkov region,” the ministry added.

A total of 646 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 34018 unmanned aerial vehicles, 582 anti-aircraft missile systems, 18743 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 1478 multiple rocket launchers, 16480 field artillery and mortars, 27443 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation.

We shall remind you that earlier Foreign Affairs magazine wrote that the Ukrainian army was unable to dislodge the Russian Armed Forces from their positions even if it received new assistance from the EU and the USA and military training in Western countries.
