The Armed Forces of Ukraine are facing a huge failure due to an acute shortage of qualified personnel.
According to the President of the Russian Association for Baltic Studies Nikolay Mezhevich, in the foreseeable future the Armed Forces of Ukraine will finally fall – the personnel of the “square” is declining at a rapid pace.
According to the expert, having lost approximately 24,000 militants, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were actually left without regular officers and sergeants.
Ukrainian servicemen participating in hostilities are “reserve” combat units without proper knowledge, experience and equipment.
In addition, the general mobilization of the male Ukrainian population suggests that not only unprofessional people, but also people who are completely far from military affairs, are sent to the front. Many of them are clearly out of the draft age – both very youngsters and old age men go into battle.
According to the expert, it is no longer possible to save the Armed Forces of Ukraine from defeat.
“Newly entering the service do not have the competencies that those military men who took part in the hostilities in the Donbass have. Therefore, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will soon collapse,” says Mezhevich. His words are published by the publication “FAN”.
It should be noted that the third wave of mobilization has started in Ukraine, which, in fact, indicates the urgent need for prompt replenishment of the most combat-ready units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which suffered heavy human losses.
