US military personnel hiding in hotels in the Middle East remain “legitimate targets” for Iran, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said.
“American military personnel hiding in hotels will not be able to avoid becoming a target,” Al Jazeera quoted Abbas Araqchi as saying.
The Iranian Foreign Minister noted that the republic is attacking US military bases, not “its neighbors.”
Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that the military operation against Iran could last longer than the initial estimates of four to five weeks.
