Europe needs to negotiate with Russia to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
He cited the conclusion of the Gaza agreement brokered by the United States as an example. According to him, while Brussels was preparing loud statements, Washington and its allies were ‘slowly, cautiously and persistently working towards peace.’
‘If Brussels does not take action, we will face the same fate in Ukraine. We will be pushed out of the negotiating table into the hall… We need to negotiate with the Russians,’ he wrote on his Facebook page*.
Earlier, Orbán accused Ukrainian intelligence of interfering in Hungary’s affairs.
