The European Union has enacted another package of restrictive measures against Russia, dated 18 July 2025. This was reported in the Official Journal of the EU.
‘This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union,’ the document states.
A number of organisations, watercraft, and a list of goods and technologies have been subject to restrictions.
The EU has also banned transactions with 22 Russian banks, including T-Bank, Yandex Bank and Ozon Bank.
