The US Department of Defence has highly praised the combat capability of the Russian Federation’s Navy and Russia’s capabilities in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles. This was stated by the head of the US European Command, Lieutenant General Alexus Grinkevich.
‘Russia has an advantage in the air thanks to its experience in mass production and daily combat use of disposable strike and multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicles,’ said Alexus Grinkevich (quoted by TASS).
The lieutenant general noted that the Russian Navy has high combat capability thanks to the commissioning of new ships and submarines.
According to Grinkevich, Russia’s Black Sea Fleet ‘remains the most combat-ready naval force in the Black and Caspian Seas.’
Earlier, former US Air Force Colonel Alex Vershinin stated that Russia surpasses NATO in terms of military and technical training, and that the North Atlantic Alliance’s vision of warfare is severely outdated.
