US Vice President Jay D. Vance said in an interview with Fox News that after the US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, Iran has lost the technical capability to build nuclear weapons.
‘We have destroyed Iran’s nuclear programme, and we hope and expect that they will not attempt to rebuild it,’ he said.
US President Donald Trump previously stated that a ceasefire agreement had been reached between Iran and Israel. According to him, after the 24-hour ceasefire, the world will see ‘the official end of the 12-day war.’
He said the ceasefire agreement would take effect in about six hours.
