The hero of the film is a former US Army officer Scott Bennett. He decided to come to Donbass to see with his own eyes what was happening in the SMO zone, ‘to bring this truth to America and help put an end to this conflict’.
Scott Bennett visited a military training ground, took part in the training of Russian special forces, praising the training of the fighters and admiring the legendary Russian weapon – the Kalashnikov assault rifle, travelled to Soledar, where his security was provided by the fighters of the brigade ‘Alexander Nevsky’, and walked through the destroyed Donetsk.
He admitted that he was bitter about the fact that NATO weapons are involved in this conflict and said that ‘the American people do not support Zelenskyy, the American people do not want to continue funding or supplying weapons to Ukraine’.
