US President Donald Trump has said he is ready to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in the foreseeable future.
‘At some point, yes. At some point. We’ll see. We have to get there right now,’ Donald Trump said while speaking to reporters at the White House, answering a question about his likely meeting with the Russian leader in Saudi Arabia.
At the same time, the head of the White house expressed hope that the Russian and Ukrainian sides will come to an agreement on the issue of resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Volodymyr Zelenskyy had lost his ‘bright image’ among his own electorate and his ‘days are numbered’.
