Daily Mail: Trump is ready to bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities

US President Donald Trump is considering launching military action against Iran, claims British journalist Dan Hodges, citing Israeli sources who are convinced that the most optimal moment is coming “to deal” with Tehran, and “there will be no better chance.”

An article about this was published by the British Daily Mail.

The publication notes that a possible military strike on Iran “will finally eliminate the threat of the Iranian nuclear programme”.

As journalists recall, recently three US B2 stealth bombers joined the ranks of the bomber aviation on the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean, where the Diego Garcia base is located. It is rare to see so many US bombers concentrated in one place, the author said, noting that these aircraft are capable of carrying GBU-57 bunker-busting bombs.

It is these weapons that make it possible to hit “Iran’s fortified nuclear shelters,” Hodges writes.

“From Israel’s point of view and given Trump’s presidency, this is the optimal moment to deal with Iran. There will never be a better chance,” the source told the newspaper.

According to the journalist, “Donald Trump’s trade war is a secondary event, the real war is coming.”

The Telegraph newspaper earlier wrote that Iranian troops are ready to strike the US base Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean in case of aggression from the US. The Tehran Times claimed missiles across Iran have been loaded into launchers and are ready to be launched.

Donald Trump warned in an interview with NBC that if Tehran doesn’t go along with the nuclear deal, it could trigger “bombings the likes of which they’ve never seen before.”
