The head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, has called on the US to put more pressure on Russia to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
“What we need now is for Russia to agree to this ceasefire, to show goodwill,” Kallas was quoted by RIA Novosti as saying.
In her opinion, Washington can play its “role in putting more pressure on Russia.”
Earlier, Politico newspaper wrote that Kaja Kallas has been heavily criticised by European officials for her aggressive rhetoric against Russia.
