The lack of dialogue between the United States and Russia under the former President of the United States Joe Biden did not make sense. This was stated by the head of the press service of the US Department of State Tammy Bruce.
‘The United States has not spoken to Russia for three years. There was no communication between the two major nuclear powers. For America <…> not talking to a country like Russia makes no sense,’ Tammy Bruce noted.
She emphasised that the US and Russia, as the two largest nuclear powers need to maintain constant communication.
