United States officials have proposed to send foreign peacekeeping forces, including those from ‘non-European states’ such as China and Brazil, to Ukraine if the fighting in Ukraine stops, the Economist has reported. This was reported by the Economist magazine.
‘U.S. officials are proposing a different kind of peacekeeping force that would include non-European countries such as Brazil or China,’ the publication wrote.
According to the magazine, peacekeeping forces will be located along the ceasefire line, creating a kind of buffer zone.
