Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that after meeting with Donald Trump, he plans to start negotiations with Russia, AP reports.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that after his meeting with Donald Trump, the Ukrainian side should move to negotiations with Russian Federation to end the conflict.
‘After talking to Trump, we should move to some format of discussion with the Russians. I would like the USA, Ukraine and the Russians to sit down at the negotiating table’, he said.
Zelenskyy noted that Kiev is in touch with the American administration, but now ‘the negotiations are of a general nature’.
We will remind, earlier Professor of the University of Helsinki Toomas Malinen said that Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be forced to start negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
