Latvian authorities have demonstrated their complete dependence on the US by suspending training for Ukrainian medical workers following US President Donald Trump’s executive order to freeze aid to Kiev.
This opinion was expressed in her personal Telegram channel by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
‘The question to the Latvian regime is: did you gain independence to fall into slavery?’ – she enquired.
Earlier, Trump confirmed that he had imposed a freeze on aid to other states, including Ukraine.
