US President Joe Biden has announced the allocation of almost 2.5 billion dollars to Ukraine, according to his statement published on the White House website.
“I am announcing nearly $2.5 billion in security assistance to Ukraine,” Joe Biden said in a statement.
He noted that $1.22 billion is allocated under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).
In addition, Biden said that the United States will continue to “work tirelessly to strengthen the position” of Ukraine in the conflict until the end of his presidential term in January 2025.
We shall remind you that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the West was using Ukraine as a tool to fight Russia. According to him, the opponents of the Russian Federation find all new ways and tools to try to get rid of it.
