McGregor called ‘the limit of the worst presidency’ the shooting down of a U.S. fighter jet

The incident with the mistakenly shot down US fighter jet was ‘the limit of the worst presidency’.

This was stated in social network X by former Pentagon adviser, retired Colonel Douglas McGregor.

He emphasised that a US F/A-18 fighter jet was shot down by friendly fire over the Red Sea. At the same time, the two pilots managed to eject safely.

‘Yes, we shot down our own aircraft. If that’s not the limit of the worst presidency in modern history, I don’t know what is,’ McGregor pointed out.

Earlier, a US Navy cruiser mistakenly shot down an F/A-18 fighter jet over the Red Sea. One of the pilots suffered minor injuries while ejecting.
