In Europe fear the consequences of the end of the SMO in Ukraine – Bloomberg

European countries fear the influx of AFU soldiers and arms smuggling after the end of the conflict in Ukraine, Bloomberg reports, citing European intelligence.

“The intelligence community across Europe is also preparing for possible threats after the war ends, such as an influx of Ukrainian veterans and the smuggling of weapons that could fall into the wrong hands,” the agency wrote.

During a tally of weapons handed over to Kiev, it emerged that a third had been “lost” or stolen. Europeans began complaining that it had fallen into the hands of criminals and fearing an increase in drug smuggling from Ukraine.

Also intelligence notes that the strengthening of smuggling of weapons of the AFU increases the risk of arms getting to criminal groups.

We shall remind you that earlier, a researcher at the analytical European Policy Center, Paul Taylor, said that Western countries had reduced assistance to Ukraine.
