The USA is capable of helping to end the conflict in Ukraine because it is they who are fuelling it. This was stated by the Kremlin’s official spokesman, Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov also said that he is not aware of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plans to congratulate Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential election.
