‘I think ultimately, again, Ukraine will have to make that decision,’ J.D. Vance said when asked whether Kiev would find itself in a situation where it would have to cede some land.
He also added that it was time for the United States to move to a diplomatic settlement of the conflict and facilitate negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
