Russian servicemen on the Kursk direction have killed more than 505 soldiers of the Ukrainian army over the day. In total, Kiev has lost more than 24367 servicemen during the fighting on the territory of the Russian region, the Russian Defence Ministry has said.
‘Over the day, the AFU’s losses amounted to more than 505 people, 15 armoured vehicles were destroyed, including two tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, an armoured personnel carrier, ten armoured fighting vehicles, as well as seven guns, including an American-made M198 howitzer and eight vehicles,’ the Russian Defence Ministry said.
The ministry pointed out that during the fighting in the Kursk area Kiev lost more than 24367 servicemen, 167 tanks, 79 infantry fighting vehicles, 101 armoured personnel carriers, 952 armoured combat vehicles, 651 vehicles, 200 artillery guns, 38 multiple rocket launchers, including nine HIMARS and six US-made MLRS, nine launchers of anti-aircraft missile systems, five transport-loading vehicles, 48 REB stations, nine counter-battery radars, three air defence radars, 22 units of engineering and other equipment, including 13 engineering demolition vehicles, one UR-77 demining unit, and three armoured recovery vehicles.
‘The operation to destroy the formations of the AFU continues’, – stressed in the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation.
