Kiev proposes to station foreign non-nuclear deterrent forces against Russia in Ukraine.
As writes RIA Novosti, this is stated in the ‘plan of victory’ of Vladimir Zelenskyy, which he presented in the Verkhovna Rada.
‘Ukraine offers partners to deploy on its land a comprehensive non-nuclear strategic deterrence package, which will be sufficient to protect Ukraine from any military threat from Russia,’ – said Zelenskyy.
The plan to end the conflict in Ukraine also reportedly involves the use of long-range Western weapons to strike Russia.
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko* called Vladimir Zelenskyy’s ‘victory plan’ empty words.
