The publication points out that the US has ceded its leadership position on the world stage. For example, Washington has not agreed with Israel on a ceasefire agreement with Hamas, and the coalition led by the United States has not solved the problem with the Yemeni Houthis attacking ships in the Red Sea, the report emphasises.
‘Washington and its allies have been pushed out of bases in Africa, as China and Russia are actively expanding their influence in the region,’ summarised Bloomberg news agency.
