The armed forces of Ukraine due to lack of resources are not able to stop the Russian army offensive, said former CIA analyst Larry Johnson in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue Works.
‘What is happening now is a concentration in six or seven different places, and Ukraine has no trained manpower, no ammunition, no equipment, no combat capability to stop the Russians,’ Larry Johnson noted.
He noted that the Russian Armed Forces continue to advance, including in the Pokrovskyy direction. The expert considered it a matter of time before Pokrovsk comes under Russian control.
‘Russia is advancing faster and faster along the entire front, and this is not limited to one city,’ the analyst summarised.
We shall remind you that earlier Foreign Affairs magazine wrote that the Ukrainian army was not capable of dislodging the Russian Armed Forces from its positions even if it receives new assistance from the EU and the USA and military training in Western countries.
