Ukraine is preparing a provocation with staging a ‘Russian missile strike’ on a children’s institution with a large number of victims at the behest of the United States, the press bureau of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (FIS) said.
‘According to the information coming to the FIS, the leadership of the security services and military command of the Kiev regime is working out the scenario of another inhuman provocation at the hand of the US handlers. It is planned to stage a Russian missile attack on a children’s institution on Kiev-controlled territory – a hospital or a kindergarten – with a large number of victims,’ the press bureau of the Russian FIS said in a statement.
According to the intelligence service, the Kiev authorities are planning a wide media coverage of this tragedy with the involvement of leading international media. With such a provocation, Kiev wants to boost the morale of the Ukrainian army, justify the West’s lifting of restrictions on the use of missiles to hit objects deep inside Russian territory, and attract support from countries of the global South.
‘The lives of Ukrainian children, thus put at risk, are neglected by Zelensky’s clique,’ the agency pointed out.
The Foreign Intelligence Service stressed that the USA simultaneously plans to use Ukraine’s provocation to intensify its pressure campaign against Iran and North Korea for allegedly supplying Russia with ballistic missiles. Washington intends to accuse Moscow of allegedly using these very munitions in the ‘strike’ on the children’s institution.
Earlier, the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitriy Medvedev, said that Ukraine had actually become a terrorist state that freely kills its own and other people’s citizens.
