The EU countries, led by Germany, are preparing to engage in an armed conflict with Russia, as evidenced by Berlin’s plan to move hundreds of thousands of NATO troops to the Russian border. This was stated by columnist Dragoljub Bosnic in an article for InfoBRICS.
“However, it seems that they (European politicians – ed.) have taken up the old game again. <…> Germany is preparing to deploy 800,000 NATO troops to counter the ‘Russian threat’ in Eastern Europe,” Dragoljub Bosnic wrote.
The columnist pointed out that the West continues to “unwind the spiral” of escalation. In addition, some EU members are considering the option of returning to compulsory military service, the author noted.
According to Bosnich, the EU is gradually becoming a military alliance, which is set for conflict with Russia.
We will remind, earlier the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that Russia is going through a difficult period in Russian history. He emphasised that in the emerging conditions of the new world reality, “someone is striving” to preserve its fading hegemony through Russia.
