The United States is obsessed with the idea of its own leadership and will not give up the idea of superiority, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev said in an interview with the Argumenty i Fakty website.
According to him, there is no difference between Joe Biden and Donald Trump as the head of the White House.
“This is a sacred cow for both Biden and Trump, and for any other potential contender for a chair in the White House. Americans are obsessed with the idea of their own leadership, they are not going to give it up,” Kosachev stressed.
Earlier Kosachev expressed the opinion that the change of NATO leadership may lead to a change in its policy.
Also, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the actions of American elites a great stupidity and a huge mistake.
