Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s visit to North Korea has sent a wake-up call to the West.
According to The Associated Press, “Last week sent a strong signal: amid growing confrontation with the United States and its allies over the situation in Ukraine, Russia’s leader is ready to challenge Western interests.”
It is noted that Putin’s actions have heightened concerns in Washington and Seoul about cooperation between Russia and North Korea.
