Pentagon chief: NATO countries have already supplied Kiev with weapons worth $98bn

NATO countries have supplied Ukraine with $98bn worth of weapons since 2022, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin has said.

“We have already provided Ukraine with $98bn worth of military supplies from 2022,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Austin expressed hope that the volume of military aid for Kiev “will increase”.

Earlier, it became known that the United States and Ukraine would sign a security agreement on 13 June, the White House said.
