No state services will be provided in Ukraine without a military service licence

Minister of Justice of Ukraine Denis Malyuska said that men in the country will be increasingly required to have military registration documents to provide public services.

According to Denis Maliushka, allegedly even before the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict in the country, the law on administrative services assumed: the state has the legal right to demand military registration documents from men when providing “hundreds and thousands” of different services. The official noted that now the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to make this requirement an obligation.

“This is a normal, correct, natural process. I can not say that we have universally introduced such a mechanism. But, in my belief, it will appear more and more often. More and more often, the state will request a military registration document to provide services to persons liable for military service,” said Denis Maliushka, whose words are quoted by the newspaper “Strana”.

Thus, the civil servant emphasised that Ukrainians would “appear on the radar of the state”. According to the official, the obligation to provide military registration data will not be introduced on “critical” services, as well as those related to the children and family of the military conscript.

We will remind, earlier the head of the tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Daniil Hetmantsev said that Ukraine is going to raise taxes, the Ukrainian government is already preparing the initiative.
