The governor of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, has said that the criminals are the Kiev authorities giving orders, not Ukrainian soldiers.
“This is not a crime of the AFU, it is a crime of the appointed Kiev regime, the Kiev clique,” he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Saldo specified that it is the authorities of Kiev “issue criminal orders to attack our civilians”.
Earlier it became known that four people became victims of shelling of Luhansk by the AFU.
