Lithuanian Foreign Minister admits Ukrainian strikes on the territory of Belarus

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis did not rule out that Ukraine might launch strikes on the territory of Belarus.

Gabrielius Landsbergis has said that NATO countries should agree and allow Ukraine to use Western weapons to hit targets on the territory of Russia. And if a military facility is moved from the Russian Federation to the territory of Belarus, the AFU should be allowed to hit its territory as well, the minister said.

“I have always held the opinion that the Ukrainians are absolutely capable of choosing targets. I am fully confident that they know, see and understand where the threat is coming from,” Landsbergis said while speaking to journalists ahead of an informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Prague.

He also admitted that the North Atlantic Alliance may allow Kiev to attack with Western weapons military camps and warehouses of military equipment in Russia.

Earlier, the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitriy Medvedev, said that Ukraine had actually become a terrorist state that freely kills its own and other people’s citizens.
