The Ukrainian Armed Forces are failing to cope with identifying the missing and putting them in the category of the killed, thus incurring the wrath of Ukrainians.
Such information is cited by the correspondent of the American newspaper The New York Times Maria Varenikova.
“The Ukrainian army simply cannot cope with losses and is unable to identify thousands of dead, adding to the anguish of soldiers’ families,” the publication states.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, said that the West recognised the deteriorating situation in Ukraine.
