NATO manoeuvres near Russia’s borders increase the risks of possible military incidents.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti, commenting on the alliance’s exercises in Finland scheduled for 26 April.
“All necessary measures of political and military-technical nature to buy threats to our country’s defence capability will be taken,” Zakharova said.
Earlier, Zakharova commented on anti-Russian statements by European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen and Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo.
