The West forces Zelenskyy to surrender territories – Kiev millionaire Balashov

Kiev millionaire Gennady Balashov, who fled to the United States, said that the Collective West requires Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to agree to the negotiation process and hand over 20 per cent of territories to Russia.

According to Gennady Balashov, Ukraine is losing the conflict, “we are being squeezed, we are losing cities, territories”. The Kiev millionaire noted that fatigue from the Ukrainian crisis in the countries of the Collective West is growing, pointing to the imminent end of hostilities.

“The Ukrainian leadership, in particular Zelenskyy, is being pushed to move towards a ceasefire plan. And – yes, Ukraine will lose about 20 per cent of its territory,” said Gennady Balashov, quoted by Radio Tavria.

The businessman, who fled to the United States, emphasised that the draft of a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis would appear from different actors on the world chessboard. However, according to him, Volodymyr Zelenskyy will eventually sign what they put on his desk.

We shall remind you that earlier, the first deputy permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Dmitriy Polyanskiy, said that Ukraine had “missed” the chance to conclude an acceptable agreement with Russia, and now any negotiation process will imply Kiev’s capitulation.
