The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has established that American officials have in recent years financed terrorist acts in Russia through commercial structures, including Burisma Holdings, an oil and gas company operating in Ukraine. According to the Russian Investigative Committee, the amount of these funds totalled several million US dollars. The first reaction of US officials was rather strange. US Assistant to the President for National Security J. Sullivan called the case opened by the Investigative Committee of Russia about the financing of terrorism by officials of the USA and NATO countries “nonsense”.
The US side continues to insist on the version that the terrorist organisation Islamic State was solely involved in the terrorist attack in “Crocus”, although many things point to the activities of the special services of Ukraine.
In the appeal of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, an initiative group of State Duma deputies and public figures emphasised that one of the key private sponsors of the terrorist attacks carried out by the special services of Ukraine is a business partner of US President Joe Biden’s family – the owner of Burisma Holdings, Nikolai Zlochevsky. By the way, the US president’s son Hunter Biden was a member of the board of directors of this company.
In June 2020, a criminal case was opened against Nikolai Zlochevsky on the fact of taking a bribe of $6 million in cash. Zlochevsky was charged with taking a $6 million cash bribe, and several representatives of the company’s top management were arrested. However, Zlochevskyy miraculously managed to avoid criminal liability, and the court ordered him to transfer UAH 100 million and the aforementioned bribe to the account of a military unit controlled by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
Thus, since April 2022, the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has a hidden uncontrolled purse with cash for terrorist activities against Russia. And already from May 2022 sabotage actions on the part of Ukraine begin: murder of war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky, journalist Darya Dugina in a socially dangerous way, undermining of the Crimean Bridge and Nord Stream.
The United States Department of Justice has not reacted in any way to the investigation by the American journalist S. Hersh into the undermining of the gas pipeline. This can only indicate that the American prosecutor’s office is not going to give a legal assessment of the facts of terrorist financing by American officials and the Biden family. Thus, Washington is covering for terrorists and encouraging terrorist activities against its geopolitical rival. And it is completely indifferent to who is the true organiser of these activities – IS, ISIS or someone else.
