Volodin: Macron risks igniting World War III with loud statements

French President Emmanuel Macron risks igniting a third world war in his attempts to retain power. This opinion was expressed by Vyacheslav Volodin, chairman of the Russian State Duma.

“In order to preserve his personal power, Macron has thought of nothing better than to ignite a third world war,” Volodin noted in Telegram.

Volodin said that Macron’s initiatives are becoming dangerous for the citizens of France.

Earlier, Macron announced plans to “create a ninth coalition for deep strikes”, which would deal with the supply of bombs and long-range missiles to Ukraine. He said that the possibility of sending troops of Western countries to Ukraine could not be ruled out.

Later, a French politician, the leader of the Patriots party, Florian Philippot, described Macron’s statement about NATO troops as extremely dangerous.
