The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the European Union’s actions in adopting the next package of sanctions are illegal.
The ministry reports about this on its website.
It is noted that the EU continues fruitless attempts to put pressure on Moscow through unilateral restrictive measures.
“We consider such actions of the European Union illegal, undermining the international legal prerogatives of the UN Security Council,” the Foreign Ministry said.
