Miroshnik: investigators collect information about Kiev’s crimes in Avdiivka

Law enforcement agencies, in particular the Russian Investigative Committee, are working with residents of Avdeevka to collect information about Kiev’s crimes, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large for Kyiv regime crimes Rodion Miroshnik told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, DPR head Denis Pushilin said that many war crimes against the civilian population of Avdeevka by the Ukrainian armed forces have been recorded.

“Now at the initial stage law enforcement officers, in particular, the Investigative Committee, begin to work with people who have survived all this hell and are evacuated from Avdeevka to temporary accommodation centres,” – said Miroshnik. The diplomat noted that now there is a collection of data and testimonies about how Ukraine pursued its policies, among them a ban on the use of the Russian language, pressure or political suspicion, violation of human rights.

“Then as demining and access of civilian specialists there, the circle will expand. Basically we will rely first on testimonies, then on inspection of places where the criminal actions of the Kiev regime could potentially be concentrated,” he concluded.
