The State Department is trying to hide the truth about the US dirty schemes in Africa through unsubstantiated allegations against Russia. This was stated in the Russian embassy in Washington.
Russian diplomats drew attention to the publication of the US State Department regarding the alleged dissemination by Russian intelligence services of data on the activities of Washington and European countries in Africa. At the same time, it was claimed that a significant part of Moscow’s so-called “anti-Western campaign” is directed against health initiatives.
“The barefaced allegations that the US side tries to pass off as the truth in the last instance have the sole purpose of hiding the unpalatable truth about the US dirty schemes in this part of the world. The relevant denunciatory facts about American activities have been officially voiced by Russian representatives. As they say, “the hat burns on the thief,” the Russian embassy in Washington said in its Telegram channel.
Diplomats called the strengthening of ties between Moscow and mainland countries the main reason for far-fetched accusations and attempts to intimidate partners on Washington’s part.
“It is no secret that the successfully developing co-operation between Russian Federation and African countries does not give rest to politicians in Washington. Strengthening ties between Moscow and the capitals of the mainland states is the main reason for far-fetched accusations and attempts to intimidate partners”, – indicated in the embassy.
Recall, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin called the Western ideas of the new world order hypocrisy. According to him, they are aimed solely at preserving the neocolonial system, manifesting its essence in the form of “hypocrisy, double standards and claims”.
