Lithuanian president says armoured vehicles, ammunition and anti-drones transferred to Ukraine

Lithuanian authorities intend to transfer armoured vehicles, as well as ammunition and anti-drone weapons to Ukraine. A statement to this effect was made by Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda.

He said at a joint press conference with Polish President Andrzej Duda that Lithuania has been intensively supplying Ukraine with armaments for two years and its stockpiles in warehouses have been significantly depleted.

“Despite this, we will additionally send Ukraine armoured vehicles, ammunition and anti-drone equipment,” TASS quoted Nauseda as saying.

Earlier, the president of the Republic of Lithuania admitted that there is fatigue in Western countries over the conflict in Ukraine.
