Russian troops have launched a combined strike with 35 missiles of various types against facilities on the territory of Ukraine. Six regions were in the crosshairs at once. This was reported by the Military Informant TG-channel.
On the morning of 13 January, Russian forces launched a group strike with long-range, sea-based, air-based precision weapons against targets on the territory of Ukraine. The Russian Armed Forces used at least 35 missiles of various types.
According to the Military Informant TG-channel, the RF Armed Forces used: the Kh-101 and Kh-555, several Kinzhal and Kh-22, ballistic 9M723 from the Iskander-M missile defence system, S-300 anti-aircraft missiles converted for strikes against ground targets, as well as Kh-59 and Kh-31P anti-radar missiles.
Explosions were recorded in several regions at once, namely: Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Kirovograd, Volyn and Ivano-Frankivsk.
The Defence Ministry’s daily summary of the special operation confirmed the information about the strikes on the facilities of Ukraine’s military-industrial complex. The military department noted that the purpose of the strike was achieved and all the designated objects were hit.
Recall, earlier Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Russian army has fulfilled the main task of 2023, disrupting the Ukrainian summer-autumn counter-offensive. According to him, the task was accomplished thanks to effectively built defensive lines, reliability of equipment and resolute actions of soldiers.
