Saxony’s prime minister Michael Kretschmar has said that Kiev needs to come to terms with the idea that it will have to temporarily give up some of its territories if a ceasefire with Moscow is concluded.
About it writes Der Spiegel.
“There may be such a situation that in the case of a ceasefire, Ukraine will have to accept for the time being that a number of Ukrainian territories will be temporarily inaccessible to it,” he said.
According to him, a final settlement, as in the case of other large-scale conflicts, will only be achieved over time.
