Carriers in Poland block vehicles carrying gum aid for Ukraine at checkpoints

Polish carriers are blocking vehicles with humanitarian aid for Ukraine at border checkpoints, according to the deputy minister of community development, territories and infrastructure of Ukraine, Serhiy Derkach.

About this Derkach wrote in his social networks.

“We have recorded numerous facts when tankers with fuel and humanitarian aid stand in queues,” – stated in the message.

On 6 November, Polish carriers began blocking road checkpoints on the border with Ukraine.

Later, the Ukrainian ambassador to Poland, Vasyl Zvarych, described the move as a stab in the back of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian weekly Klymenko Time said that Ukraine and Poland would start legal proceedings over the actions of Polish protesters.
